The Vistula School of Hospitality in Warsaw is a modern university with a business profile. We prepare our graduates to undertake jobs related to managing, setting up and running tourism, sports or recreational enterprises. Our University is the first in Poland as well as in this part of Europe to hold the prestigious THE-ICE accreditation, which has been awarded in recognition of the University’s  top quality of education, excellent student support system, and a well-established cooperation with business. The accreditation is also a proof of the value of our scientific research.

At Vistula, we adopt a future-oriented approach, analyze the needs of people and entire communities. The institution offers unique in Poland Bachelor’s and Master’s degree study programs, that are also provided in English. Our offer includes such fields of study as Tourism and Recreation, Tourism and Hospitality, Dietetics.

We focus on practical and international dimension of teaching and promote the idea of entrepreneurship. The curricula and study programs are constantly monitored and reviewed by representatives of the socio-economic environment. The Vistula School of Hospitality was established in result of a merger between three tourist-profile universities, i.e. the widely recognized Mieczyslaw Orlowicz College of Tourism and Recreation in Warsaw, the Warsaw University of Tourism, Food and Hospitality and the College of Tourism and Hotel Management in Łódź. We were also joined by the Institute of Tourism, the only research and development unit in Poland conducting interdisciplinary, comprehensive research in the field of tourism.

With the help of our Careers Office and the E-Career platform, you will test and develop your competences and establish your initial links with business. You will gain valuable experience during internships organized by our University both in Poland and abroad. Twice a year, you can take part in the Job Fair. You will pursue your passions in student clubs and associations.

The Vistula School of Hospitality cooperates with over 40 foreign universities in the field of student and academic staff exchange, joint programs and projects, research activity, experience sharing and publishing. Our agreement with the B.H.M.S. – Business and Hotel Management School in Lucerne, gives our students the opportunity to study in Switzerland and obtain a double or even triple Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Vistula, BHMS and Robert Gordon University – B.H.M.S. awards a double degree together with Robert Gordon University).

The University has carried out numerous works and research projects for, among others, the Polish government, voivodeship authorities, national and regional organizations, banks, investors and tourist enterprises. In cooperation with the Central Statistical Office, our University participated in the improvement of the tourism statistics system in Poland.

Vistula also works towards strengthening its relations with local communities, which is reflected, among others, in launching the University of the Third Age.
