Haliç University is a foundation university established by Our Foundation for Children with Leukemia, in accordance with the Higher Education Law No. 2547, and started its education life on November 23, 1998.
It is Turkey's leading foundation university, which has been continuing its education and research mission in a wide spectrum such as health, engineering, architecture, sports and arts since 1998.
Haliç University continues its education life with its 8 Faculties, 2 Vocational Schools, 1 Vocational School, Conservatory and Graduate Education Institute and more than 15 thousand current students.
Our university puts design and creativity at its center; In the light of its mission of raising individuals who can produce solutions by looking at problems from different perspectives, it is included in international rankings with the impact of its 18 thousand students who have graduated to date in Turkey and the world.

Within the scope of Article 7 of the Higher Education Quality Assurance Regulation, Haliç University Quality Commission consists of members determined by the Senate decision numbered 2017/15 in October 2017. With the establishment of the Quality Coordinatorship, quality processes were structured under this coordination.
